2.) Do you do free delivery for the first order?
We run a lot of different promotions and discount codes throughout the year. These will be sent to the Email address you enter when you register with Seraphine.com. Occasionally we offer free delivery on specific styles or for Orders over a certain value. Please watch out for future Promotions.
3.) What delivery options do I have?
We offer two delivery options:
- LaPoste for 6€, which takes 4 to 6 days.
- FedEx for 12€, which takes up to 2 days. (You have to use this delivery if you are living outside France)
4.) When will “X” stock be available?

5.) Where is my return?
Please allow 10 days for returns to be delivered to us, and for us to process your return/refund.

7.) Do you have the details of Galleries Lafayette/BHV in France?
We don’t have any phone numbers or Emails for the stores. We do have a list of address’ above. You can find also details on Google or directory.
8.) How does the size guide work?
The garments sizing is based on your pre-pregnancy size. We allow for the normal weight gain of pregnancy in our sizing. If you feel you have gained more than the average pregnancy weight gain we recommend that you select 1 size up. If you are not sure, or would like more information please see our sizing guide on the website or call our Customer Care team on 0870 609 2603
9.) Am I going to fit my clothes until the end of my pregnancy?
All the clothes are designed to grow with your bump. They contain elastic to allow for movement and expansion.
10.) Do you have others colours for the item “X”?
All the available colours are listed on our website www.seraphine.fr or in our catalogue. If a size/colour is not available, please see product description for the expected availability date, or call our Customer care team for further information.
