Free Returns 

Orders placed through Seraphine.com with a UK delivery address will receive a Royal Mail label to return the package free of charge. When using our pre paid label please ensure that you obtain a proof of postage from your Post Office.

If the pre paid label is missing from your package please contact us and we will happily email/post it to you.

Courier Companies

Royal Mail is used for all Standard deliveries and FedEx is used for all express deliveries. All Séraphine couriers use Track and Trace technology and we will email you with a Tracking number when your package has been dispatched.

Where do we Deliver

We deliver worldwide.
For delivery information to the US visit our dedicated US website: click here to see our prices including import duty.

For security reasons, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses or Hotels.

The shipping and billing address must be identical for all FedEx deliveries to the EU and the rest of the world. Should you need to amend your delivery address, please contact our customer service team at contact@seraphine.com.

Customs import duty

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

For further details contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Delivery Options

Royal Mail

UK/Ireland Standard Delivery (3-5 working days from dispatch)

Available Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays.

  • Your orders will be sent out via Royal Mail.
  • When your parcel is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • A signature will be required on receipt of your parcel.
  • If you are not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
  • Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our distribution centre.
  • • Unfortunately we do not deliver on bank holidays. In this instance you should expect your delivery the following working day.
  • In the event of a Royal Mail strike, we will switch our deliveries to other carriers to avoid delays to your delivery.
  • All orders are sent with a free Royal Mail Returns Label

Fedex

  • We do not dispatch orders on British bank holidays.
  • Your order will be dispatched with FedEx UK or FedEx International.
  • Orders placed by 10am Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
  • If you order after 10am on Friday, your order will be dispatched the following Monday.
  • An email with your tracking number will be sent when your parcel is dispatched, using the email address and contact telephone number supplied.

UK/Ireland Express Delivery (within 2 working days of dispatch)

Available Monday to Friday , excluding bank holidays.

  • Orders placed by 10am on Friday will be delivered within 2 working days once shipped. Please allow up to 2 additional days for processing.
  • Unfortunately we do not deliver on bank holidays. In this instance you should expect your delivery the following working day.
  • Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 5.30pm. Unfortunately we are unable to offer you a more specific delivery time.
  • A signature will be required on receipt of your parcel.
  • If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so at your request. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If the parcel can't be left in a safe place, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can arrange a re-delivery.

 

UK Saturday Express Delivery

Available Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

  • From Monday to Friday, orders must be placed by 10am to ensure that your order is delivered on Saturday.
  • Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday Saturday.
  • Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 9 am and 12 noon. Unfortunately we are unable to offer you a more specific delivery time.
  • A signature will be required on receipt.
  • If you are not available to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it in a safe place at your request (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If the parcel cannot be left in a safe place, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery.

Europe Express Delivery (2 working days from dispatch)

Available Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

  • Your order will be delivered within 2 working days of dispatch. Please allow up to 2 additional days for processing.
  • Our couriers deliver between 7am and 5.30pm, and will require a signature on receipt.
  • If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the carrier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up or arrange a re-delivery.
  • Unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address of a parcel once your order has been dispatched.

USA & Canada Express Delivery (3-4 working days from dispatch)

Available Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

  • Our couriers deliver between 7am and 5.30pm, and will require a signature on receipt.
  • If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up or arrange a re-delivery.
  • Unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address of a parcel once your order has been dispatched.

Rest of the World Express Delivery (4-5 working days from dispatch)

Available Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

  • If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up or arrange a redelivery.
  • Unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address of a parcel once your order has been dispatched.
  • Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details as to why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.

Exceptional circumstances

In certain circumstances, such as traffic accidents, extreme weather conditions or unforeseen technical problems e.g. postal strikes, we may be unable to fulfill your delivery in accordance with these terms. For such exceptions, we may require additional time and effort to fulfill the delivery. If this occurs, we will make our best efforts to deliver your order as soon as we possibly can, or you may opt to cancel and receive a full refund.

Delivery promise

Our delivery promise to you is to do our utmost to ensure that you receive the items you have purchased as soon as possible within the guarantee period. If we are late we will refund you the delivery cost.

General terms of delivery

  • We deliver to all mainland UK addresses with a valid postcode
  • We do not deliver to Armed Forces (For Uk addresses only)
  • Delivery times only apply to products currently in stock.
  • In periods of high demand it is possible that an order will be accepted, with insufficient stock to fulfill that it. In this case we will deliver as soon as new stock arrives, unless you request a refund.
  • Our couriers work throughout the day, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) so your order may arrive any time between 7.00am and 5.30pm, 9.00am and 12.00pm Saturday (Royal Mail only).
  • We do not deliver on weekends (FedEx) or Bank Holidays.
  • All deliveries must be signed for by either yourself or a trusted friend/neighbour.
  • We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or a PO BOX - if this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
