To ensure that your parcel is delivered before Christmas, please place your order by noon on Wednesday 17th December

All orders will be dispatched via the couriers DPD or FedEx. All Séraphine couriers use Track and Trace technology and we will email you with a Tracking number when your package has been dispatched. Allow up to 2 working days to process your order.

for UK mainland, deliveries take 1-2 working days from dispatch. For the Scottish Highlands, Isles of Scilly & Republic of Ireland deliveries take 2-4 working days from dispatch.

Tracking: When placing your order, please provide a mobile number or email address in order to receive updates on the status of your delivery and estimated delivery times.

Saturday Delivery: once your order has been dispached you have the option to upgrade the service to Saturday delivery direct with DPD

Delivery Details

Available Monday to Friday , excluding bank holidays.

  • Unfortunately we do not deliver on bank holidays. In this instance you should expect your delivery the following working day.
  • Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 5.30pm. Unfortunately we are unable to offer you a more specific delivery time.
  • A signature may be required on receipt of your parcel.
  • If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so at your request. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If the parcel can't be left in a safe place, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can arrange a re-delivery.

Customs import duty

Any customs or import duties on deliveries are charged once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. For further details contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

Exceptional circumstances

In certain circumstances, such as traffic accidents, extreme weather conditions or unforeseen technical problems e.g. postal strikes, we may be unable to fulfill your delivery in accordance with these terms. For such exceptions, we may require additional time and effort to fulfill the delivery. If this occurs, we will make our best efforts to deliver your order as soon as we possibly can, or you may opt to cancel and receive a full refund.

Delivery promise

Our delivery promise to you is to do our utmost to ensure that you receive the items you have purchased as soon as possible within the guarantee period. If we are late we will refund you the delivery cost.

General terms of delivery

  • Delivery times only apply to products currently in stock.
  • In periods of high demand it is possible that an order will be accepted, with insufficient stock to fulfill it. In this case we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a refund.
  • We do not deliver on weekends.
  • If required deliveries must be signed for by either yourself or a trusted friend/neighbour.
  • We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address - if this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
