How do I place an order?
Seraphine website has been designed with you in mind. We want to make sure that your shopping experience s as simple as possible so when you have found a product you like, select the colour and size from the available options and add it to your basket and proceed to checkout when you are ready to purchase. Then select your preferred method of payment (either our simple one step checkout or using Paypal)
How do I finalize my order?
You may be requested for further security information in order to complete you order using our verified by Mastercard security measures. Simply enter your personal code and once your order has been accepted your will receieved on screen notification as well as a confirmation email.

When Will I Be Charged?
Your account will only be debited once your order has been validated. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately to notify you of any problems with your order and if necessary arrange a suitable replacement or cancel the item from your order.
What Are My Delivery Options?
Seraphine offers 3 methods of delivery, Standard and Express shipping and Saturday delivery, please refer to our shipping policy to review the delivery time and costs for your region.
Will I Be Charged Customs & Import Duties?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Do You Deliver To Work Addresses?
If you wish to ship to an alternate address to the details of your billing address please UNCHECK the ‘Deliver To this Address’ option at the checkout, you will then be able to enter the details of the address you would like us to deliver your parcel to.
Do You Ship To PO Boxes?
For security purposes we do not deliver to PO boxes or hotels
Where Is My Order?
You can trace the progress of your order using the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email. Please click on the link related to your chosen carrier method and enter your personal tracking code to get the most up to date tracking information. Should your item not arrive within the recommended delivery times please contact customer services.

If you wish to change the items or quantity of products in your order please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We are unable to make changes to your order after it has been dispatched.
Please use the return address label provided with our delivery note and assists us with marking the reason for your return and any comment you wish to make. We recommend that you use registered mail to send items back to us as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. UK orders placed with seraphine.com with a value of £65 and over receive a free returns label.
At Seraphine understand selecting your size during pregnancy can be challenging. Serphine styles are designed to last through you entire pregnancy so we suggest ordering our styles in what is the Seraphine equivalent to your pre-pregnancy size. Please view our size guide for further information.
Our designs are specifically created to last throughout nine months of pregnancy and long after. Should you have any queries regarding selecting sizes please refer to our size guides.
The fit on Seraphine’s products are generally ‘true to size’. If we believe there is a change in the way the garment fits we will ensure that we include this information in the product description. Also see our customer reviews for further information regarding the fit of the product.
At the moment we do not accept pre-orders for items that aren’t on our website. If you would like to be contacted regarding the stock availability of styles featured in our brochure please email email@example.com or sign up to our newsletter to find out about the latest stock.
