Christina Milian's days in
maternity clothes are numbered after she gave birth to a baby girl, named Violet Madison Nash on Friday (February 26th) night at 11.30pm.
The singer and actress delivered 6lbs 10oz Violet via a caesarean section and told People magazine that the new arrival has a " full head of hair" .
Violet is a result of Christina's marriage to big-name R& B producer The-Dream, and while it is the first baby for Ms Milan, the producer is now a father for the fourth time after having three kids with his ex-wife Nivea.
Earlier last month there had been some hysteria surrounding a potential early birth for Violet, with rumours flying around that Christina had gone into labour, but she cleared it up via her Twitter page.
" I am not being rushed to the hospital.. Lol.. Thanks for your concern though my friends," she tweeted.
Christina scored a top ten UK hit in 2002 for her collaboration with rapper Romeo on It's All Gravy.
