Christina Applegate will soon be sporting
maternity clothes after it was revealed that she is pregnant.
The inspirational actress, who has overcome breast cancer in the last few years, is expecting her first child at the age of 38.
Her representatives confirmed that she and partner Martyn Lenoble, a musician, will be having a baby.
In an interview with Us, she once said that she wanted "babies, lots of babies. Not lots of babies, but a couple".
Christina has starred in a number of hit TV shows over the years, including Married... with Children, in which she played Kelly Bundy, and Samantha Who?.
She has also made her mark on the big screen, most notably as one of the stars of the comedy Anchorman, alongside Will Ferrell and Steve Carell, as well as Surviving Christmas and Wonderland.
Christina and Martyn recently revealed that, after two years of dating, they are engaged, although it is not known when they will get married.
