Cameron Diaz, J-Lo and co provide ideas for maternity wear

Don't look now, but Cameron Diaz and Jennifer Lopez appear to be having babies!

Before we start a very big rumour, the keyword here is 'appear', as both of the women are actually playing women on the brink of motherhood in a new film.

What to Expect When You're Expecting is based on the self-help book of the same name and will hit UK cinemas in May.

It features five different couples as they prepare to welcome new additions to their families, with Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Lopez, Elizabeth Banks, Anna Kendrick and Brooklyn Decker all leading ladies.

Chace Crawford, Dennis Quaid and Rodrigo Santoro play some of the men in their lives in what looks to be a funny movie.

However, even though their pregnancies may not be real, we can still pinch some ideas about maternity wear based on the outfits the women sport in the film.

For example, Jennifer looks chic in a brown maxi dress, while Brooklyn shows us how to rock layered maternity tops in the publicity shots.
