Returns Policy
We know that judging your size can be difficult during the early stages of pregnancy as well as knowing what will work best with your changing body shape, that’s why we offer you a full refund for unworn items, returned within 15 working days of delivery in their original packaging and all their tags/labels still attached.
For hygienic reasons hosiery and cosmetics are not returnable. Swimwear need to be tried over your own underwear and are not returnable if the hygienic protection film has been removed.
Please note that we can only exchange the size of the garment returned. If you wish a different style please place a separate order online which will be shipped within 2 working days.
Returns are processed within 10 working days once received.
Use the return address label provided with our delivery note, marking the reason for your return and any comment you wish to make.
Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage (with tracking information) when returning your parcel as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. The goods are your responsibility until they reached our warehouse.
Refund on purchased item will only be paid once we receive and have accepted the condition of the product returned.
Can I return my items to a Seraphine Store?
Yes along with your invoice however note that they cannot process refunds/exchanges for online customers due to a different system. Refunds will be processed from our Head Office once the staff contact us. And if you wish a different size/style you will need to buy them from the store and the garments returned will be refunded once we have been contacted at the Head Office.
