Making a purchase

At Séraphine, we aim to make your shopping experience as simple and secure as possible. To place an order; select the item you wish to purchase by clicking on the correct size and colour to add the item into the shopping cart. Once you have finished, click “proceed to checkout” for delivery and payment options.

Note that we cannot add garments or discount code to your order once it is placed.

Changed your mind?

We are not able to make changes to your order once placed however if you email us within 30 minutes we will do our best to have it cancelled before processing.

Order Acceptance

Orders placed online are considered an offer of purchase, and are subject to acceptance and availability. We try to ensure that availability is correct, but sometimes stock can sell out quickly. If this is the case, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide a refund for the unavailable garment.

Our collection contains exclusive pieces in very small production runs, which in some cases can be made to order. In the event that your order has to be newly manufactured as a pre-order, we will contact you individually to agree the delivery date to make sure it arrives in time for your special occasion.

As the customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided regarding your address, personal details, delivery address and payment method are correct and accurate. If any of these details change you must notify our customer service team immediately at Acceptance of changes to terms is subject to the written receipt from Séraphine.

Missing parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected time frame, please notify us as soon as possible; within 15 working days for the UK, and within 20 working days for international deliveries. Failure to do so affects our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund/replacement due.

Cancellation Rights

If you wish to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulatons you must tell us in writing ( within 14 calendar days once the package is delivered.

Returns Policy

We understand that judging your size during pregnancy can be tricky, and it’s hard to know what will work best with your changing body shape. To make things a little easier, we offer our online customers a refund for unworn items, returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact within 15 working days of delivery.
In the interests of hygiene, hosiery and cosmetics are not returnable. Swimwear / lingerie must be tried on over your own underwear, and is not returnable if the hygienic protection film has been removed. When trying your garment(s) make sure you are not wearing make-up, perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks. 

We do not offer exchanges.
Returns are processed within 10 working days once received.

To return an item, please visit the Returns section of our site, where you will be asked to complete a returns form, and issued with a returns label.

When returning your parcel, please make sure to obtain proof of postage (with tracking information) as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
Your refund will be paid once we have received your returned items, and have accepted that they are in a re-saleable condition.

Wrong items received / Faulty

If you have received the wrong item or have discovered a fault, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. You will need to return the wrong item before we can dispach the correct one. You will need to contact us at if your product has a fault, and we will advise on the procedure to follow.

Discounts / Stores Credits

If you have a discount code/ store credit, you must enter it before you proceed to the checkout as you will not be able to do so once your order is placed. You may only use one discount code/store credit per order. A delivery fee may apply.

Refunds for item(s) from an order which was discounted or part of a promotion will be calculated as Follows:

Where a discount has been applied to the entire order, the discount will be applied evenly across the items ordered. For example, if a “£10 off” discount/store credit was applied and four items were ordered, then each item returned would be discounted by £2.50. If a % discount was applied, then the % would be applied separately to each item.

Store credit is only valid for purchases made on and cannot be used in Seraphine boutiques.

In the eventuality that an item is cancelled or returned from an order for which you have paid using a store credit, a new one will be issued and emailed to you.

Store credit codes cannot be used in conjunction with other store credit or discount codes.

Product Notices

Séraphine takes great care to ensure that all maternity clothes are produced to the highest quality standards. However, if you discover a manufacturing defect on any of your items, you may return it for a full refund, provided that it is returned within a reasonable time period from the initial purchase in line with the Sale of Goods Act 1979. In normal circumstances, a reasonable time period is considered to be within 45 days of product dispatch.

Séraphine undertakes no warranty to refund items outside of a reasonable time period or where product return is without a clear manufacturing defect. Items that are not deemed faulty will be returned to you. Liability for any claim will not exceed the purchase value of the product.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all price details are correct, the price of goods is subject to acceptance upon dispatch of your order. Should there be any such variance in price due to a typographical error, the Séraphine Maternity Wear customer service team will contact you directly to advise you of it.

The price displayed for goods and services remains the same regardless of the country of delivery. For deliveries to the EU, the price is inclusive of VAT. For deliveries outside the EU (including the Channel Islands and Canary Islands), the price remains the same.

Brand Rights

All elements of the Séraphine website, including images, technology and designs are protected by Séraphine, a registered brand of Séraphine Limited. Images may not be reproduced or products represented for onward customer sale, without express consent from Séraphine Limited. Please contact our Maternity Advisors with any enquiries.

If a Promotion was applied, i.e. “Buy One Get One Free”, all items in the promotion must be returned for a refund, otherwise the missing item will be charged at the current price.
