Seraphine Returns Policy
We understand that judging your size during pregnancy can be tricky, so we offer our online customers a full refund for unworn items returned within 15 working days of delivery, in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
We do not offer exchanges. For alternative sizes/styles please place a new order online.
Orders placed online cannot be returned to our stores.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returned hosiery, lingerie or cosmetics. Please ensure that you try on swimwear over your own underwear, and do not remove the plastic protective film. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned swimwear without it’s protective film or if it has been damaged or marked in any way.
For US customers, a prepaid DHL return address air waybill label will be enclosed in each package. If this is missing or misplaced you may request a new one by contacting our customer service team at email@example.com. Returns using your DHL label need to be dropped off at your nearest DHL location (https://sbw.dhl-usa.com/Locations/USLocnsStart.asp?nav=DropOff) or you can arrange for collection by visiting the following link (https://webshipping.dhl.com/wsi/WSIServlet?moduleKey=Login&countryCode=US&pickup=y&languageCode=en) you can enter your return Air Waybill number in the ‘I have a printed DHL label’ box and click on ‘schedule’ to arrange a pick up / collection. We do not retain any information from the DHL label provided to you, therefore please make sure to retain a copy of it for your records since the tracking information on the label will help you know when your returned goods safely reach our warehouse. Please be aware that it may take 3-5 business days for our warehouse to receive your item(s), then you will need to allow approximately 3-5 business days for a refund to be processed. Refunds will be credited back to you in the original manner payment was collected.
Wrong/Faulty Items Received
f you have received an incorrect garment you will need to return it before we can despatch the correct one. If your garment presents a fault please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you on the procedure to follow.
Non US Customer Returns
If you are based outside the US, you should post returns with your local carrier at your cost, to: MIQ Logistics, Seraphine Warehouse, Unit G3, Knights Park Industrial Estate, Knight Road, Strood, Kent, ME2 2LS, UNITED KINGDOM. Ensure you obtain a proof of postage receipt with tracking information.
