Making a purchase
Séraphine aims to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. To place an order select the item you wish to purchase in the size and colour of your choice by clicking on the corresponding box to add the item into the shopping cart.
Note that we cannot add garments or coupon code to your order once it is placed.
Changed your mind?
we are not able to make changes to your order once placed however if you email us within 30 minutes we will do our best to have it cancelled before processing.
Orders placed on our online maternity wear store are considered an offer to purchase, and are subject to acceptance by Séraphine Maternity. We endeavour to ensure that the stock availability displayed online is correct, but it is sometimes the case, that certain items will sell out quickly. In this case, we will contact you to advise you of the expected delay to your delivery. If you wish to cancel your order at this stage, you will be offered a full refund.
As the customer, it is your responsibility to provide us with correct and accurate personal details including billing and shipping address and method of payment. Any changes to such details should be communicated immediately to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Acceptance of changes to terms is subject to the written receipt from Séraphine Maternity.
Should you need to amend or cancel your order, this may be done within 30 minutes the day of the order placement. After this time the parcel will go through our processing system! Please email our customer service team at email@example.com or call us at 1-877-781-6191.
Returns and Refunds
We are happy to issue a refund, providing the items are returned within 15 working days in a saleable condition.
If you wish to make an exchange, please return your unwanted items for a refund and place a new order online. This will be processed withing the usual time frame.
For US customers, a USPS return address label will be enclosed in each package. If you are a US customer and you do not have a USPS label, you should contact our customer service team and request one.
If you are based outside the US you should post your return with your country post at your own cost to Seraphine USA 3580 NW 56 street #100 Fort Lauderdale FL 33309. Ensure you obtain a proof of postage receipt with tracking information.
Please be aware that you will need to allow approximately 10-15 business days for a package to reach our warehouse then 2-4 days for a refund /to be processed.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returned hosiery, lingerie or cosmetics. Please ensure that you try on swimwear over your own underwear, and do not remove the plastic protective film. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned swimwear without it’s protective film or if it has been damaged or marked in any way.
Refunds will be credited back to you in the original manner payment was collected.
We take pride in the quality of our products, therefore, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience a wrong or faulty item may cause. Please return the wrong or faulty item using the USPS return address label provided and we will happily issue an exchange or a refund.
Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.
Refunds for item(s) from an order which had a discount or promotion applied will be calculated as follows:
Where a discount has been applied to the entire order, i.e “$10 off” The discount will be applied evenly across all the items ordered. If four items were ordered, then each item returned would be discounted by $2.50. If a % discount was applied, then the % would apply to each item.
If a Promotion was applied, i.e. “Buy One Get One Free”, all items in the promotion must be returned to obtain a refund, otherwise the missing item will be charged at the current price.
Séraphine Maternity takes great care to ensure that all maternity clothes are produced to the highest quality standards. However, in the unlikely event that you discover a manufacturing defect on any of your items, this may be returned for a refund, provided that it is returned within a reasonable time period from the initial purchase in line with the Sale of Goods Act 1979. In normal circumstances, a reasonable time period is judged to be within 45 days of product dispatch.
Séraphine Maternity Wear undertakes no warranty to refund items outside of a reasonable time period or where a product is returned without a clear manufacturing defect. Items that are not deemed faulty will be returned to you. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure that our quoted price details are correct, the price of goods is subject to acceptance upon dispatch of the order to the customer. Should there be any such variance in price due to a typographical error, you will be contacted by the Séraphine Maternity Wear customer service team and advised of this.
