Placing an order is easy
When you've found a product you like, in the colour you want, simply select the size and Add to Cart. You can adjust the quantity needed in your cart.
When you’re ready, click the shopping bag icon in the top right corner of the screen and select Checkout.
You can log in or choose express checkout. If you have an account with us, you’ll be able to track your order and save your details for next time. You can also check out as a guest.
Enter your shipping and payment details, review your order, and select Pay Now.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is complete.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
Seraphine accepts the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Clearpay
Do I have to open an account with Seraphine to place an order?
If you prefer not to open an account with Seraphine, simply checkout as a guest when placing your order.
Creating an account means you'll be the first to receive insider updates, including regular newsletters with exclusive offers, discounts, and notifications about items on your wish list.
How do I create a Seraphine account?
You can create an account by selecting the avatar icon in the top right corner of the page. Then, fill in all the required details to receive 10% off your first purchase, enjoy faster checkout, and track your orders.
Where is my order confirmation email?
Your email may have been directed to your spam or junk folder.
The email address provided may be incorrect. Please contact Customer Care for further assistance.
Payment may not have been completed, and the order did not go through. Please reach out to the Customer Care team for help.
Can you cancel an order?
You can cancel your order if the order status allows, typically within 15 minutes of purchase. After placing your order, a prompt will appear on the confirmation page.
If you checked out as a guest, you can manage your order using the link provided in your confirmation email.
Can I change the address on my order?
As long as your order status allows, you can update the address within 15 minutes of purchase. After placing your order, a prompt will appear on the confirmation page, giving you the option to make changes during that time.

Can I change the items in my order?
Once you place an order, a prompt will appear giving you 15 minutes to make any changes. You’ll see this on your order confirmation page.

Discounts
If you have a discount code, please be sure to apply it during the checkout process. If you forget, you may still be able to add it within 15 minutes of purchase by editing your order, provided the order status allows it.
Only one discount code may be used per order. Please refer to the terms and conditions of specific promotions, as they may not be combinable with other offers.
Refunds for item(s) from an order that was discounted, or part of a promotion will be calculated as follows:
If a discount was applied to the entire order, the discount will be distributed evenly across all items.
For example, if a "$10 off" discount was applied to an order of four items, each item would effectively receive a $2.50 discount. Refunds for returned items will reflect this distribution.
If a percentage discount was applied, the percentage will be applied to the total order amount first and then distributed evenly across each item.
For instance, if a 20% discount was applied to the total order, the discount would be calculated based on the total order value and then divided proportionally among the items.
What are my delivery options?
Free Standard shipping on orders over $175 - 3–5 working days
Next Working Day Delivery (If ordered before 1pm EST) – $24.95
Expedited Delivery (2 working days – If ordered before 1pm EST) – $12.95
Standard Shipping (3–5 working days) - $9.95

Will I be charged customs + import duties?
Any customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination region. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot provide an estimate, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from region to region.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax may be payable depending on the state to which your order is being delivered. This will be calculated, and payment will be taken at the point of checkout.
Does Seraphine ship to AFPO, APO, or PO Box addresses?
Currently, we don't ship to AFPO (Armed Forces Post Office), APO (Army Post Office), or PO Box addresses.
Where is my order?
When placing your order, you’ll be provided with an estimated delivery date. You can then track your order through your account, or, if you checked out as a guest, via the link included in the emails we've sent regarding your purchase.
How do I return my order?
You can make returns using the label found on your packing slip.
Each return is subject to a $9.95 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Please refer to our returns policy if you need further information.
What happens if I return incorrect items?
Customers are responsible for all returned parcels. While our warehouse team will make every effort to locate items that have been returned incorrectly, please note that this may not always be possible.
Kindly ensure that you are returning the correct items for each order.
What size should I buy?
We understand that finding the right size during pregnancy can be challenging. Our maternity clothes are designed to grow with you and provide support throughout your pregnancy and beyond. We recommend ordering your regular pre-pregnancy size.
Sizing can vary slightly depending on the style and materials used, which you can find detailed in the product description. If you're unsure, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Care team, they’ll be happy to assist you further.
Stock availability
If you're interested in an item that is out of stock, please select the mail icon and register your email address to be notified when the product becomes available again.
How do E-gift cards work?
Seraphine gift cards can be purchased in USD ($). They are emailed instantly to the recipient using the address provided at the time of purchase and are valid for 36 months from the purchase date.
Gift cards can be redeemed towards the purchase of any item sold through Seraphine’s websites, with the exception of other gift cards, and can be used in conjunction with any other valid promotions or discount codes.
Gift cards can only be redeemed in the same currency in which they are issued.
Gift cards can only be redeemed online and are not valid for use in-store or at any other retailer selling Seraphine products.
If your order exceeds the value of the gift card, you can pay the remaining balance using any other payment method currently accepted by Seraphine.
If you return or cancel an order where a gift card was used for full payment, your refund will be credited back to your gift card. No cash refund will be made.
If you return, partially return, or cancel an order where a gift card was used alongside another payment method (such as a credit or debit card), we will refund the other payment method (e.g. credit card, debit card, Klarna) first, before refunding the gift card, for split payment orders.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
