We deliver to all addresses with a valid zip code.
All names and delivery addresses are subject to verification. Our Customer Service team may request additional information to confirm your identity or address. If we’re unable to verify your details, your order may be declined.
Delivery times apply only to items currently in stock. We do not deliver on weekends or federal holidays. Please note, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, or hotels.
All deliveries require a signature from you or a trusted friend or neighbor. Seraphine is not responsible for deliveries if you request a signature release.
We reserve the right not to deliver to addresses we believe are not secure, such as communal mail areas. If this affects your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
During busy periods, it’s possible an order may be accepted when we don’t have enough stock to fulfill it. If this happens, we’ll let you know right away and issue a full refund.
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible and to honor the delivery timescales indicated. However, during peak periods, there may be courier delays that are beyond our control. We will proactively communicate with you as soon as we are aware of any issues.
When you place an order on our website, it is treated as an offer to purchase and is subject to acceptance and product availability. We make every effort to keep stock information accurate; however, items can sometimes sell out quickly. If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund for the affected item.
Please ensure that all information you provide including your name, billing and delivery address, and payment details is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
If your parcel does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than 7 working days after the expected delivery date. Failure to report a missing parcel within this period may affect our ability to investigate the issue and process any refund or replacement that may be due.
For U.S. Customers:
You will not have to pay any additional sales tax, customs, or import duties on your orders.
For International Orders:
Customs or import duties may apply when your parcel reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot provide an estimate, as customs policies and import duties vary widely by country.
