Returns Policy
We understand that judging your size during Pregnancy can be tricky, so we offer our online customers a full refund for unworn items that are in a saleable condition.
All items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact within 30 days of delivery.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of briefs, hosiery or cosmetics. Swimwear bottoms must be tried on over your own underwear.
All returns are subject to a processing fee of €2.95. Due to increased logistics and handling costs, this fee will be automatically deducted from your refund. This helps us maintain the high level of service you expect from us.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item at our warehouse. You can track your return shipment via the carrier's website to monitor its progress back to us. Please note that your payment provider may require additional time to process the refund and credit the amount to your account.
For returns not eligible for free return shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to choose a return method and cover all associated return costs, including any applicable duties or taxes. We strongly recommend packaging your return securely and using a tracked shipping service or courier, as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number, as we may require them at a later stage.
To avoid delays, please clearly mark all returned items as "Returned Goods" on customs or postal forms. Any duties or taxes incurred must be paid by the customer in advance. We reserve the right to reject or return any packages with outstanding fees to the sender, or to deduct the amount of such fees from the refund.
Online orders cannot be returned in stores.
We do not offer exchanges, if you would like to try a different size please return your unwanted items for a refund and place a new order online which will be processed in the usual time frame.
Customers are responsible for all returned packages. Our warehouse team will make every effort to identify incorrectly returned items; however, this is not always possible. Please ensure that you return the correct items/packages. Incorrectly returned items will be sent back to the customer, who will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Under UK and EU consumer laws, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel and return the item within 14 days of delivery. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of their return.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
