1.2 In addition, when you place an order for our maternity clothing and products through our Website, our FAQs, Delivery Information and Returns Policy will also apply.  If you would like any information about buying our Products through our Website, please read these as they answer our most popular questions. If you have any other questions, please Contact Us.

CARIPOD is a trademark of Seraphine.

3. YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE

4.1 we fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, FAQs, Returns Policy and Delivery Information, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable or an obvious result of us breaking our contract with you at the time we accept your order or, if you do not place an order, at the time you visited our Website.

4.2 We honour our legal duty to provide you with Products (including our gift cards) that are as described to you on our Website and that meet all the requirements imposed by law If you think there is something wrong with your Product, you should Contact Us

You must not use any illustrations, photographs, video, graphic or other content on our Website in any way without our express consent or the express consent of the relevant blogger.
