Returns Policy
We understand that judging your size during Pregnancy can be tricky, so we offer our online customers a full refund for unworn items that are in a saleable condition.
All items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact within 30 days of delivery.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of briefs, hosiery or cosmetics. Swimwear bottoms must be tried on over your own underwear.
Returns are free from mainland France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. In other countries, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Click here to access our simplified return procedure.
We will process your refund within 14 days of your parcel’s arrival at our warehouse. Track your parcel on the carrier’s website and follow its return to our warehouse. The credit to your account via your chosen payment provider may take additional time.
We recommend that you always package your return carefully and use a tracked delivery service or courier, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and return tracking number, as we may need them later.
To avoid delays, please mark "returned goods" on any customs or postal forms. Additionally, any applicable duties and taxes must be prepaid by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse and return any parcel sent with charges due, or to deduct the amount from the refund owed.
Online orders cannot be returned in stores.
We do not offer exchanges, if you would like to try a different size please return your unwanted items for a refund and place a new order online which will be processed in the usual time frame.
Customers are responsible for all returned packages. Our warehouse team will make every effort to identify incorrectly returned items; however, this is not always possible. Please ensure that you return the correct items/packages. Incorrectly returned items will be sent back to the customer, who will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Under UK and EU consumer laws, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel and return the item within 14 days of delivery. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of their return.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
