Returns Policy
We understand that determining your size during pregnancy can be tricky, which is why we offer our online customers a full refund for unworn items that are in a saleable condition.
All items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact within 30 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of briefs, hosiery, or cosmetics. Swimwear bottoms must be tried on over your own underwear.
Please note that all SALE items are final and not eligible for return.
All returns are subject to a processing fee of $9.95. Due to increased logistics and processing costs, this fee will be automatically deducted from your refund. It helps us maintain the high level of service you expect from us.
If you wish to return any items from your order, please follow the instructions on the packing slip, which can be found inside your package along with your return label. Be sure to keep track of your UPS tracking details for your return. We will issue a refund within 3-5 working days of your return arriving at our warehouse.
Please note: If you are concerned that your return parcel tracking is not updating as expected or your parcel is delayed, please contact our Customer Service team, who will be happy to assist you further.
For returns that are ineligible for free returns, it is the customer's responsibility to select their return method and pay the full cost of return shipping, including any duties or taxes that may apply. We strongly advise securely packaging your return and using a tracked delivery service or courier, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please retain your proof of postage and return tracking number, as we may need to verify this at a later date.
Online orders cannot be returned in stores.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to try a different size, please return your unwanted items for a refund and place a new order online, which will be processed within the usual time frame.
Customers are responsible for all returned parcels. Our warehouse team will make every effort to locate incorrectly returned items, but this is not always possible. Please ensure that you are returning the correct items/packages. Incorrect returns will be sent back to the customer, who will be responsible for the return postage costs.
