Seraphine Returns Policy

We understand that judging your size during Pregnancy can be tricky, so we offer our online customers a full refund for unworn items that are in a saleable condition. All items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact within 30 days of delivery.

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of briefs, hosiery (including certain pairs of leggings) or cosmetics. Swimwear bottoms must be tried on over your own underwear.

How to return your items

Orders placed on Seraphine.com with a US shipping address* are eligible for FREE Returns.
For orders with shipping addresses outside the US, returns postage is made at your own cost.

Please note: USPS is currently experiencing delays within their network, which may mean it takes longer than normal for your return parcel to reach our warehouse. Please be assured we are working to expedite the issue of refunds once received at the warehouse to reduce your wait. If you are concerned that your return parcel tracking is not updating as expected or your parcel is delayed, please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to help you further.

We will issue a refund within 14 days of your return arriving at our warehouse. Your chosen payment provider may take additional time to credit it to your account.

Where an order is not eligible for free returns, returning an item is at the customer's own expense. It is the customer's responsibility to choose their own returns method and pay the total cost of return shipping including any duties/taxes that may apply.

We would always advise you to securely package your return and use a tracked delivery service or courier as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please be sure to keep hold of your proof of postage and returns tracking number as we may need to see this at a later date.

To minimise any delays, please mark any returned items as “returned goods” on customs or postal forms. Additionally, any duties and taxes incurred must be paid by the customer in advance. We reserve the right to reject and return to sender any parcels with charges, or to deduct the amount from the refund due.

Return to store

Unfortunately due to restrictions within our system, we cannot accept online returns in store.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, if you would like to try a different size please return your unwanted items for a refund and place a new order online which will be processed in the usual time frame.

Faulty Items

We operate 6 months returns policy for items that develop any kind of manufacturing fault. Please contact our customer service team within 6 months of purchase for any items that may have developed a fault after purchase.
